Shipping Policy

All orders within the US are shipped via FEDEX with the receipt confirmation. It takes approximately 3-5
days for the orders to be delivered. Packages shipped to a PO BOX will be shipped via USPS only. Orders
would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.
International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery shipped via FedEx.
Ikonik Tresses reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a
comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier.
All shipping cost must be paid at the time of the order.
Your billing and shipping address must match in order to complete a transaction on this site. Ikonik
Tresses reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is
submitted.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Wigs closure and frontals are final sale. May not be returned or exchanged.
All sales are Final and there are no refunds allowed due to the exclusive nature and high appeal of our
products. Customers are advised to complete exchange request not received within the specific time
